This unit is not in the courtyard but still has a grass stretch right in front of the door. Townhomes also have a garden spot that the tenant will need to maintain. There is an office located on property so office staff will be able to help with any issues. Tenants are responsible for gas and electricity. Internet, water, sewage, garbage and parking are covered in the rent. All of our lease end in July.
