It is in central downtown and is only a 5 minute drive to all downtown attractions I.E. Main Street, Beale Street, Bass Pro, Riverside, etc and about a 15 minute drive to University of Memphis Length of lease is negotiable. Specified dates of living are preferred but not required. Owner covers the cost of utilities and yard maintenance, but house keeping is expected of the renters and is shared with the owner who also lives on site Pet policy must be discussed beforehand.
