    Hello, 1 Studio unit available for rent in Riverpark. This unit is in the backyard/ separate from the main house in the front. You will have your own private space from the main house. This unit is close to the Collection in a quiet neighborhood with many parks and parking spaces available around the neighborhood. Very close to many supermarkets and restaurants within the area and very close to the beaches in Oxnard and Ventura as well. Unit will be move in ready and available on February 1, 2026 if new tenant is accepted. January move in is also available, if new tenant documents and background check is accepted and approved. Unit has a bathroom & shower, stove top, mini fridge, AC/ Heat & sink. Has plenty of storage space, with two closets. One walk-in for clothes and the other for shoe storage and overstock of items. This unit will be $1,700 per month for ONE person with all utilities included (Electricity, Water, Waste, and Gas) additional people will be an additional $100. Internet will be an additional $30 per month if tenant would like to use the one already installed in the front house. Deposit of $1,700 will be required as well in addition with first month's rent. All rent money will be handled by tenant occupying front main house. Lease will be for 1 YEAR and then month to month post lease duration. In the event that the tenant is leaving it is required that tenant provides a two month notice prior to moving. Small animal friendly, but please make sure you clean up and maintain a clean space for your neighbors. Additional deposit of $100 if a furry friend is staying. All utilities included, additional $30 on top of rent if tenant decides to be included in the main house internet. 1st month's rent and full deposit required prior to move in. Please provide two pay stubs and copy of ID if chosen. Front house tenant has a cat and is occupied by a family. All rent will be managed and maintained by tenant occupying front house.
