There are three bedrooms, master bedroom has a private balcony with ocean views, closet space, washer and dryer, outside shower and bathroom, full large upscale kitchen, kitchen table, living room, surround stereo, and a porch for cocktails which is a few feet from the water. Just a magical place. Million dollar property. Owner pays all utilities. Lease is no longer than 3 months.
