The second room is approximately 14.5' x 12.5', not including its private vanity/sink area and walk-in closet. The toilet and tub/shower portion is a well-kept Jack-and-Jill bathroom shared with my 10-year-old son's room. The home itself is much more than a typical room rental. You'll have access to the shared kitchen, breakfast area, formal dining room, laundry and common living spaces, along with a large private backyard and swimming pool/spa. The house is in an established Klien-area neighborhood convenient to Spring, Champions and Tomball, with easy access to shopping, restaurants and major roads. I live in the home with my 10yr old son, so I'm looking for someone who is respectful, clean, responsible and comfortable living in a family home. This isn't a sterile rental property it's our home, we enjoy family game nights, Texans games, Movie Nights while also balancing personal space and quiet times. We're looking for the right person or parent/child household who will enjoy the space with us. 12-month lease. $2,000 security deposit, which may be divided into up to 4 monthly payments.
