In June , 2017 we invested $25,000 on two new AIR Conditioning units. WE HAD A NEW ROOF INSTALLED THIS WEEKEND !!! Last year, we installed new wood floors in most of the home. We have purchased THREE new air conditioning units in the past two years. Master BEDROOM has new shower,relaxation alcove and new whirlpool. A few years ago we completely RENOVATED the SECOND BATHROOM including new shower and sink.
