This is guest house in the back of the home, not the main house. This is a minimum of 30-days for the rental. You can do a fixed term, or month-to-month. Utilities are included and this is a furnished rental. Well-trained dogs may be allowed. There is a $1000 refundable deposit and $400 pet fee.
