Cost Info: The tenant will be responsible for paying $1,300 in rent once a month and the cost of utilities for gas, electric, and water. On the day of lease signing, the tenant will need to give first months rent ($1,300), security deposit ($1,000), and last months rent ($1,300). Total due at time of signing will be $3,600. Included in Rent: Garbage, recycling, sewage, and lawn mowing service. Animal Info: Each Cat will have a non-refundable one time pet fee of $100 and a monthly fee of $15. Any and all other pets may have additional fees.
