What a great recreational property. Great hunting property, walk along the creek, trail ride in the woods, hike the hills or the flats, ride snow machines - your choice of year-round fun! The sale includes 2 parcels across the road from one another. The hunting camp is on 6.3 acres with White Creek running through the back of the property. The camp has 2 bedrooms with ample sleeping space for 8+ people, an eat-in country kitchen, large living room and mud room. Across the road is the totally wooded 51 acre parcel with a mix of hardwoods, pines and brush. The owners have used the property as a seasonal hunting camp only and it is being sold in "as is" condition and as such will require a cash purchase or a conventional mortgage.
