The master bedroom is the entire second floor! This house has 5 fireplaces one of which is a pizza oven. It has an XL sunroom and gorgeous outdoor living space with pond! On a .68 acre lot this house is tucked away and feels like you are out of the city while still living in it. Walking distance to shopping and restaurants. Quick access to the freeway making this a very convenient location Renters are responsible for all utilities and yard care. Dogs are allowed with a security deposit and monthly pet fee. The dog door can be removed if desired. No cats. No smoking in the house. Parking is in the car port, in front of the house and one parking spot to the side of the car port. A few of the lighting mechanisms on the 6 burner range are broken and will not be fixed. Previous occupants never minded since some of them do work and you can use lighter to light them all if you need them.
