Master bath has underfloor heating and heat fan. A second queen bed is available in place of twin bed if requested. Additional spaces: Sunroom with ceiling fan, bright office/bonus room, covered porch with ceiling fan, mudroom entry Less than two miles to Warren Wilson College, restaurants, specialty grocer, bakery, coffee shops, pharmacy, churches, bus stop and more. Ten minutes to Asheville City Limit, ten more to downtown. Eight schools are within 8 to 15 minutes. Applicants and occupants must be over 23 unless they are children of the applicant. **Furnished** Rent for stays over 3 months $3150. Quiet hours 9:00 PM-9:00 AM. No smoking, no late or large parties. Bicycle storage available. No use of outbuilding. ONE MONTH MINIMUM. WiFi, electricity, water, landscaping, recycling, and trash pick up included. You must be over 23 to rent. If we agree a small non shedding dog may be allowed for $250 a month. Dog must already not be allowed on furniture or beds, under 19 lbs. and crate trained. Dog waste must be picked up DAILY in plastic bags and thrown in the OUTDOOR garbage.
