The renters store things in Cold Storage area and if required to enter to retrieve items, will inform the rentees of the need and make every effort to enter at most convenient times and never unannounced. - Use of the main backyard for pets is prohibited, but the area gated around apartment entrance to be off-leash is authorized - Any aggressive pet behavior will not be tolerated and could result in termination of rental agreement - A background check will be submitted for all applicants considered
