The home is shared with only one other tenant, creating a quiet and comfortable living environment. Tenants have full access to the shared kitchen, with dedicated space to store personal groceries and kitchen items. To ensure everyone has equal access, we ask that only one person cooks at a time. If you simply need to access the refrigerator or retrieve an item, you may do so while someone else is using the kitchen. Laundry facilities, including a washer and dryer, are available for tenant use once per week. Please bring and use your own laundry detergent, as any detergent left on the premises is not for shared use. Parking is available, however, driveway and curbside parking directly in front of the home may be limited at times. If those spaces are occupied, street parking is conveniently available across the street.
