The mobile home isn’t livable currently. Probably could be gutted and restored but I’ll likely be offering it free for removal. The property does have septic and electric. Access to Blaine creek which flows from Yatesville lake. Property could make a nice campground for a few campers, cabins, or build a nice home back away from the road near the creek and shaded by the pine trees. It’s a must see! Will try to get better pictures soon.
