This is a great place for a student! It's close to tons of public transportation, and super close to both UVU and BYU. University Place is close by, offering lots of shopping and job opportunities. This specific room has lots of sunlight and is the furthest from the loud road (quiet room). The room is a private bedroom and comes with a dresser and plenty of storage. The current roommates are quiet and mostly keep to themselves. The apartment does a great job of planning activities that allow you to meet new people and get free food! There is an option to opt-in to Boom Credit Reporting, which can help you build a credit score for those who do not have a credit card by paying rent on time each month. All are flat fees and included, with Wifi, water, all kitchen appliances, and in unit washer/dryer. AC and heating are flat rates as well. This lease ends in August, and you can choose to renew for the following year. Leases last one year.
