Close to freeway on/off ramps. There is driveway parking for 2 cars as well as washer and gas dryer hook ups outside, under a covered area. Tenant provides their own washer and dryer/ appliances. Property is a duplex (2 units) so there is a common wall between them. There is also a nice sized storage garage on the property for large items (bikes, xmas decorations, winter clothes, boxes, etc.) Please no valuables in the storage unit as it will be shared with the other tenant. There is a small covered patio in the large backyard for BBQ-ing outdoors. This is a month to month rental agreement. I prefer no pets, but will make an exception for smaller or well behaved indoor dogs. The security deposit for a dog wil be an additional $400, to be returned with tenant deposit ($1200) if no damage has been done by dog when vacating apartment. Owner pays trash and water. Tenant responsible for gas and electricity.
