The home is situated on a large parcel with a nice grassy lawn that runs all the way to the water's edge. At the shoreline, you'll find the shared dock - left side belongs to this home, and the right side is the neighbor's dock. But, please note that the dock will be inaccessible/unusable for the duration of this rental term due to the lake level being drafted down from September 20, 2026 until mid-June 2027. The Kaniksu Shores neighborhood is 7 miles from downtown Sandpoint. Its location along the north shore provides incredible sunrises, sunlight and panoramic views of Lake Pend Oreille and Oden Bay. Schweitzer Mountain Ski Resort is just 35 minutes away. Home is available October 1, 2026 until May 31, 2027, and both dates are slightly flexible if needed Monthly Rent - $2,400 Monthly Utility Fee - $425 Security Deposit - $2,500 Move-out Cleaning Fee - $395 Security Deposit is due immediately at time of lease signing. First Month's Rent & Utilities, Last Month's Rent & Utilities, and Cleaning Fee are due prior to move-in.
