There are two steps up to the bathroom, with a large shower, brand new vanity, Bluetooth speaker in the ceiling, and stackable W/D. There is a large private backyard with grass and mature trees, a hammock, and outdoor furniture on back deck (shared with the owner). There is a small deck by your private entrance. Guests can relax in the hammock or on the decks. If you have a dog and he/she proves to be friendly with my dog, it can use the fenced backyard. Please pick up after your dog.
