New empty nester looking for a roommate. 10 minutes to North King Soopers marketplace, less than 15 minutes to old town. New neighborhood with community pool and walking trails. Looking for someone to rent my 2 large bedrooms with private bath. Use one room as a bedroom, the other an office/sitting/workout room. Shared areas would be large kitchen with pantry, Living area and laundry room. Large fenced in backyard with grill and fire pit on patio. Driveway or street parking (always available right in front of the house) No smoking. Shared utilities. Large back yard if you enjoy gardening. I do have a 4 year old Weimaraner, short haired, minimal shedding, but not hypoallergenic and very friendly. Lease terms: I prefer 1 year, but would consider short term.
