This property was a great place for me to live, and also a great investment opportunity to rent out to other people. 2 years ago the interior structural remodel took place: the condo was gutted and redone from the studs in: new kitchen flooring (beautiful!), new cupboards, counters, sheet rock, new carpeting upstairs and down, new bathroom tile, etc. There are two levels with a good-sized bedroom and a bath on each level. The ceiling in the living room is vaulted and makes the place seem a lot bigger than it is. I especially loved the large walk-in closet in the master bedroom, the storage space under the stairs, the deep pantry as well as the small storage area outside the unit. The complex is on the edge of Green Springs Golf Course in Washington, Utah. The neighborhood is relatively quiet. Nice new vinyl fencing replaced wooden fences three years ago. The parking is covered and there are two spaces for each condo--This is an end unit and is very close to visitor parking as well. One year ago, the central air system was replaced. It will work like a charm for years to come! The grounds are very shady and trees do a good job of concealment in the front.
