There is also a 4th level that OK for storage, IT has a 2 car attached garage and all three bathrooms have a shower. The price listed includes the landlord being able to enter the property once a month to add salt to the water softener and change filters as necessary. Should the renter desire to save some money I'll take $25 off the monthly rent and the renter will agree to keep salt in the softener and change the furnace and water filters. This is a one year lease. For large pets I'll ask for a larger damage deposite.
