Anchorage home in quiet neighborhood. Conveniently located so it won't take more than 15 minute to get anywhere in town. There's Kaladi brothers within walking distance. All bedrooms are upstairs and unit has fairly large backyard and one car garage. Upon agreement I can leave unit partially furnished (king size bed, couch, TV, tables, etc) I am looking for responsible and clean renters, preferably with good references. Pets upon approval, but may require pet deposit.
