Built in 1920 this house has quite literally seen it all. It was an old gas station, community building, and restaurant then a home for 7. We started to build rooms inside the house down in the den area and got 2 successfully framed and put in. Had plans for 5 bedrooms, lost funds for project. There are also several septic tanks on the property if anyone ever wanted to completley rebuild a house. There are 2 standing extra houses on the property also. They both probably need torn down. Two huge barns also probably need torn down as they are VERY old. Im helping sell this for my father who has become too old to care for the property correctly.
