I would not be in your space for any reason other than repairs or laundry day. If I do need to enter your area, you will be given notice and I will never barge in. My current roommate is moving out October 1st. There is enough space down there for a bed, end tables, couch, recliner, TV stand and TV. My gig speed internet is powered by a state of the art gaming router and would give you enough signal to game or stream in 4k.
