3 Bedroom house sitting on an acre. Interior of house has 2 year old paint and updated interior. A nice back yard with a automatic sprinkler system and a shop to store toys or work on your hobbies. House is about 15 minutes from Benson, where there is shopping and restaurants. House is also about an hour from Tucson where you can have access to anything you need. Renter is responsible for water, electric and gas. There is trash service every Monday. Maintenance and repairs will be covered by myself. I just need a notice of when Maintenance or repairs are needed. I selected no pets allowed but if we have a discussion about it I may let pets be allowed. There will be an extra $150 charge a month for pets. No smoking is allowed inside house. Each lease will be a year and after the first year renter has the option of 3, 6 and 12 month lease options.
