I am looking for a roommate in my townhouse that I own. You would have your pick between the upstairs west facing bedroom or the basement bedroom, both have their own private bathrooms. The house is located perfectly next to two huge shopping centers, easy access to highway 36 and the Louisville Rec Center, and you can hop on so many bike/walking trails. Downtown Louisville is 1 mile away. The house is fully furnished, kitchen fully stocked, and ready for someone to move in. For your bedroom, I have a full sized bed, nightstands, floor length mirror, and dresser. You can totally bring your own things as well and don't have to use what I have, it can come unfurnished. The house is adorable, and gets natural light the entire day (east and west facing windows). There is a patio with furniture, as well as a third bedroom to use as a craft/movie/workout/rec space. 2 car garage for ample storage and basically reserved street parking right next to the house. I'm looking for someone who is respectful of shared spaces, is clean, who will treat the place as their own, and who is just looking to be in a peaceful, cared for space. Preference on a female and in early working years (20s-40s), but if you believe we will be a good fit regardless please reach out! Non smoking is extremely preferred, and vegetarian or cooking meat cleanly is helpful. LGBTQ+ friendly. A little bit about me, I work as an engineer and am in office most days.
