In 1986, when we built the house, we added a shower to the half bath and made it into a full bath. The first floor bath has a granite counter top and a shower that is covered with beige tumbled marble tile. The shower floor, the foyer floor, the hallway floor leading to the kitchen, and the kitchen floor have all been replaced with beige tile tumbled with marble tile accents. And, we added bay windows to both the rear wall and the side wall of the kitchen when the house was built. We have two fireplaces - one on the first floor that also has beige tumbled marble tile which matches the foyer floor. The second fireplace in the Walkout level has white tile. The original floor in the Great Room and Dining Room has been replaced with hardwood flooring. The original kitchen cabinets were replaced and have Swarovski crystal knobs on the upper cabinets. A new roof was put on in 2016. A number of original windows have been replaced. A new hot water heater was installed in 2018. A Walkout level was added to the base model when the house was built. The Walkout is finished with a bedroom at one end and there and 2 more rooms at the other end. These 2 rooms were originally used as an office and a secretarial area. They could be used as a mother-in-law bedroom and living or sitting room with a door wall looking out onto the back yard. The Walkout is prepped for a bathroom. Garage floor and Walkout patio cement was newly poured in 2019. LED lights were installed in most areas of the house. A new deck was built in 2016. The Walkout was been re-painted in 2019. It is prepped for the installation of a bathroom. We have installed a Coleman PowerMate 6875 (5500 Running Watts) Generator system that connects directly to the house and it will give us sufficient electricity if we have a power outage.
