Newly renovated with new floors through out. It's a corner unit. The kitchen floor NO LONGER has the record epoxy floor :(, but is same flooring as rest of condo. It's been a vacation home, which I rent out from time to time, mostly to travel nurses for months on end, as I live in NYC. New boiler. All amenities in Silver Creek are really nice, pool, hot tub, business center, billiards and full gym. About 20 minutes from Squaw Valley/Palisades and 1 hour + 15 mins to South Lake Tahoe.
