This units comes standard with a Microwave, Single Bathroom with shower, cable TV, Electric Log Fireplace, and a Heater/Air Conditioning unit. All expenses are included in your rental price. Price for this unit is $850.00 and does not include the kitchenette. These cabins are month to month. This studio cabin is conveniently located just outside of the hustle and bustle of downtown Loveland while still being within 10 minutes of stores and gas stations, as well as 15 -20 minutes from downtown Loveland for delicious restaurants and quaint shopping. We are located off Hwy 34/Eisenhower Blvd at the west end of Loveland on the way to Estes Park. *Any extra amenities that we can provide will come at extra cost and will be required to maintained for your entire stay.* If you request the cabin to be furnished you will have to pay a higher deposit and higher rent.
