I been here for almost 6 years and it’s been one of the best places I have ever lived. No noise Community. No dogs barking either. Nest smoke detectors in every room. I got permission from the Association to have a camera in front, also in back. It’s a place you can feel safe. Here people friendly. I had all those cheap facets replaced with Hans grohe And that includes the shower. All those cheap $59 dollar toilets were replaced with self cleaning one piece units. 3bd , 2.5 bath townhome, outside Lani With 1 car attached custom garage. Upstairs wood flooring. Stainless steel appliances. Granite counter tops 2 inches thick. I also upgraded with a water softerner All facets, and shower is hans grohe. Lighting and ceiling fans are custom . Do the math.
