The building is very well taken care of. This is a great space -- cozy, efficient, clean and comfortable. *NO SMOKING * STRONG PREFERENCE FOR NO PETS. We might make an exception... But If a pet is approved, there will be additional pet fee. * Rent includes weekly trash service.
