A home fixer-upper, or more likely a scraper, but in any case it's on a lovely, treed, 1 acre lot, and in a superb neighborhood. I have a certified appraisal that gives a FMV value at $193,000; but, the house is older and does also need work, thus my asking acknowledges those facts (and they surely inform the "Zestimate", which, on the other hand, is clearly a bit low, and does not fully account for Christopher Drive location, which is super).
