The bathroom is newly renovated and features a full-sized tub, a new vanity and a new combination washer/dryer unit. There is a backyard patio with fresh landscaping and planting areas. You can walk one block from your front door to McLaren Park, San Francisco's second largest park, McNab Lake, Jerry Garcia Amphitheater, Field of Dogs Park and Louis Sutter Playground. It's also close to dining, shopping, entertainment, and local transit. Portola is a quiet residential neighborhood that is known for being sunny and friendly. Walking the streets of the neighborhood, you will find small diners and splashes of street art on the buildings. This community is ideal for families with children and professionals who are looking for a quiet neighborhood. There is generally ample parking for those who have a car, and public transit to downtown is easy on the 8 or 9 buses.
