The house is family owned and it's very quiet and safe. We are very nice people and always take care of our tenants. Please only inquire if you're looking for a very quiet place to live. Cats are allowed and maybe a small dog if you are willing to pay for carpet cleaning ..the pictures I used are from a renovation a contractor did for me 3 months ago. new carpets as well Owner pays trash and sewer tenant responsible for all others.
