The house is 1/2 block from forest trails that lead to Fallen Leaf Lake and Lake Tahoe beaches and is less than 5 minutes from the Y. We are seeking responsible, employed professionals with decent credit scores and previous landlord references. Small pet will be considered, sorry no dogs over 25lbs. Rent is $3,000 per month + $3,000 deposit and $1,000 Hot Tub Deposit. Total Move in = $7,000.00 Renters are responsible for all utilities, hot tub and house maintenance, except for garbage service.
