Does need some work to it and grass needs to be cut. Fence all the way around and it's right on the river property goes all the way to the river. The fencing needs to be repaired in some spots there is some debris scattered throughout the property due to the flood that we had still a decent trailer it could definitely be you know refurbished with some brand new sheetrock and whatnot but very quiet beautiful place especially during summer after cutting the grass is run and jump in the river. I am right in the middle of Crestview and DeFuniak springs and also florella and any direction I go I would hit a town probably in about 15 to 20 minutes.
