Zillow has undervalued this home. My next door neighbor sold for $213, 000 and it is vastly older. Another house sold on this street for $268k. My home is larger and nicer. I have made many improvements to the home: replaced patio that serves as top of garage. New furnace. French drain. Updated windows. gas fireplace. granite countertops. Crown moulding throughout the home. Floors redone 2x. please update you files or send someone to look at it so that the zestimate is accurate. Slate roof that is updated each year. Thank you.
