This home is walking distance to Kierland and the Scottsdale Quarter. This is a really wonderful house that feels like a home when you walk in. No smoking inside or outside. No pets. We have rented the house out for a few months at a time to locals who are building a home or who are in between buying and selling a home. No subleasing.
