Single garage detached from house included. Additional parking available for free, but spots are not assigned or covered. Owner pays for HOA fee which includes water and access to community pool. Tenants pay for energy and internet. Pets are negotiable. This is a 12 month lease with payment due at the beginning of each month except for the first payment which will be due on the 15th of the month. In addition, a security deposit of one month's rent will be due at the time that the lease is signed. Owner pays for water, trash removal, snow removal, general landscaping and HOA fees. Tenants will pay for gas, electricity, telephone charges, and cable charges. Tenants agree to purchase renter's insurance, at Tenants' own expense. Pets are acceptable with landlord approval.
