Great house for those who love the water...this townhouse has an 8 owner HOA and is fee simple property ( we own ) not like the 60 owner HOA located on riverfront dr who only owns the footprint the house sits on and they don't own the land. Check their Zillow estimate they not only have dues 3 times our HOA but they must pay repairs and painting at the HOA direction and timing. I feel the need to explain the other property on riverfront dr as they may look like a little better deal, but... you should ask those questions for yourself.
