Rental agreement is month to month but I am looking for someone long term. Tenant is responsible for keeping their personal space clean and shared living space free of clutter. Street parking only. Must like dogs, as I currently have 2 older hypoallergenic dogs. No smoking or drugs on the property. Prefer a roommate with similar working schedule. Applicant's income must be a minimum of 2 1/2 times the rent.
