There is basis TV Chanel's in a comfortable entertainment room. Movies can be streamed or watched on DVD player. The rent includes all utilities including the use of house internet. There is a Washer/Dryer for personal use. Off street parking for a small fee with plenty of street parking for free. Friendly neighbor's who also use Bart to travel into the city.
