This beautiful, well appointed condo is located on the 2nd floor (elevator available) next to the resort amenities offered, including infinity edge pool, spa, BBQ, and Gym. Great lanai overlooking Kings' Shops & fairway- morning noon and night views. Discounted golf, beach toys and so much more! Gated community with 1 assigned space. A/C. Aloha and we look forward to sharing our second home with you. Mahalo. The space We have now owned K22 for 3 years and are so excited to share it with our guests. It is an incredible place to stay and close to everything. We have updated kitchen appliances- all stainless steel. We have replaced all the glassware, flatware, dishes, pots, pans, and kitchen necessities. We have toaster, coffee maker, grinder and other essentials. We also just upgraded all the linens throughout the condo. We replaced the king mattress, there is a newer sleeper sofa, we updated the living room furniture with comfortable power recliner. We pay annually for the Gold membership at Waikoloa Golf (you can see the fairway from the lanai) and our guests get member pricing detailed below. The Fairway Villas community offers a beautiful infinity pool with lounge chairs/umbrellas and a gorgeous view of the fairway and King's Lake. There is also a well equipped fitness center and a large BBQ area you are welcome to use. We have the essentials for BBQ in the condo as well just need your ingredients. We are a super host and we really are just trying to find a longer term of stay. The maximum condo occupancy is 6- per condo association rules. We provide a king size bed in the master, two twin size beds in the guest room and a new sofa sleeper. The condo has air conditioning although most love to just open the windows and enjoy the beautiful island breeze. My husband Brennan and I live in Hilo. We love everything about the Big Island and would be happy to give you recommendations and any info we can to help you plan a wonderful vacation. There are 11 climates here and there are so many special things to do. If you like golf, we provide Gold Membership discounts at Waikoloa Golf. Just let us know and we will add your name so you can access this. There are also 5 star golf courses all around. Pricing subject to change but you enjoy the golf membership exclusive pricing. Currently this is $85 instead of $162. Please contact Waikoloa Golf to confirm availability and pricing. If you want some beach time, there are several beautiful beaches. The closest is Anaehoomalu (A-Bay) - which is short walk from the hotel. Our guests leave behind the essentials needed and you are welcome to use them- snorkeling set, boogie boards, chairs, etc. and if you want to paddleboard, kayak, rent loungers with umbrellas there is a place to do so on the beach for a fee. If you want something more local- Spencer Beach is our favorite. Hapuna Beach is about 2-3 miles and is in front of the spectacular Mauna Kea Hotel--built by Rockefeller and worth a stroll.... it is amazing. If you want to see all of the island we can let you know some of our favorite places- Volcano, Rain Forest, Exotic Fruit farm (fruit, nuts and coffee), Waterfalls, Star Gazing at Mauna Kea Observatory which is the best view of the galaxy I have ever seen (Lowell in Flagstaff is #2). For those who want to see the island by air- Blue Hawaii Helicopters are located just outside the main entrance of Waikoloa Resort entrance. If you want to shop and dine- you are about .10 mile walk away from Kings' and Queens Marketplace. Great retail stores, restaurants, gourmet grocery store, Starbucks, Dairy Queen, etc. Very convenient and beautiful path directly from condo. If you want to see the Petroglyphs, put on some sturdy shoes and it is just outside the condo entrance. The Marriott resort is across the street as well. The Hilton and swimming with Dolphin's is just down the street. Our preference is to have 6 month lease term or longer, but we can be negotiable on shorter term. If lease is less than 6 months, higher GE rate of 17.75% applies monthly (there are pass through expenses paid to State & County). We have had a very successful AirBnb operation at this condo with excellent reviews. Property is fully turn key furnished. We are members at Waikoloa Golf (condo overlooks fairway) and we are able to offer the owners discount if desired for our tenants. Please note that Fairway Villas is a smoke free community. No smoking is allowed and HOA fines $250 if anyone, including guests, are found to be smoking on property. We do not allow pets. We have a dedicated parking space available for use. There is limited visitor parking. We require you to have a basic renters insurance policy just for your contents- we are not responsible for any loss to your belonging. This is located on 2nd floor and has elevator service. This is the largest 2 bedroom floor plan. Appliances and furnishings recently updated including new master bed and luxury linens. Beautiful lanai overlooking fairway and King's lake. The monthly rent includes electric, water, basic cable, internet and HOA fee. This is a resort style condo with resort swimming pool area, community BBQ and fitness center. This is a gated community and is located right behind King's marketplace. Easy to walk to shops and restaurants from condo.
