Walking distance to High Banks Metro Park. A quick trip to downtown Powell, Nocterra Brewery, and many restaurants. Easy access to 23 and 315. Only 20 mins from downtown Columbus. We are relocating to Cleveland and will be breaking our rental lease early. We are showing this place for the rental company who owns this house. The company has been great to work with, very responsive to our needs, and does not bother us at all. Reach out to us if you want to come by for a visit! If you like it, we will get you in touch with the rental company that you would work with on monthly costs (likely around 2K) and rent agreement. We are not responsible for the costs/agreement. Thank you!! We will be moving sometime in early November and looking for someone to move in around that time as well.
