Homes are cable ready, with gas heat. Tenant is on their own for utilities, snow removal and trash removal. - Tent processing fee $60. - Owner pays for water. Renter is responsible for gas and electric. - No smoking allowed. Small pets (up to 30 pounds) permitted. - With prior permission, cats and dogs (no other pets) with a 30-pound grown weight limit are allowed in some units. - Pet fee is 50 a month - Depending on breed some larger dogs are allowed in specified units.
