My beautiful home in Baker is up for rent! I am renting this space from December 15-Feburary 15th. Dates are somewhat flexible. I am willing to do month to month. The house is located in an incredible neighborhood, a short walk to South Broadway and Wash Park. The house can be as furnished or unfurnished as you need. The rent includes all utility bills. Only 1 cat allowed, $50 pet fee. No smoking inside or outside of the house, as the outdoor space is a shared condo area. Parking is effortless on the street, I have never had an issue finding a spot.
