One room is slightly larger than the other. There is another floor to ceiling closet by the front door for additional storage. The bathroom features a shower with a window that allows you to have a little view while having a shower if you would like. Vanity storage behind mirror and storage below the sink. Rooftop access. Laundry is about 1 block away. Plenty of restaurants and bars nearby, you can pretty much walk everywhere. Close to all trains. Rent was only raised from $2,450 when we moved in 2017 to what it is now in 2020, $139 increase which is really good considering.
