I'm subletting one furnished bedroom in a 2 bedroom townhouse with a separate bathroom, dishwasher, parking spot, and a 10 minute walk to the Rutgers Dental School/UMDNJ/University Hospital. I am currently a first year female dental student at Rutgers and occupy the second bedroom in the unit. I am looking to sublet the room starting April 1st until August 1st, with the option of extending the lease if needed.
