As soon as you walk in the front door, there it is....one of the most amazing views of Lake Norfork! Perfectly framed, with an island in view, and Gamaliel in the distance. It also includes a private dock with two stalls and a huge swim platform....just a short walk away! This house has vintage charm, character, and a special energy about it. And there's nothing like a cup of coffee in the morning on the upper deck taking in the breathtaking view! And….there is hardly any traffic through here since this area dead ends to the lake. That makes it a great place to take walks! On another note, the Z estimate makes no sense to me. The house alone would appraise for a lot more than that. It doesn’t account for the dock or the views and improvements. Please feel free to call or text with any questions. Additional information: I would be willing to sell the house without the dock since the dock sets in its own private area, and not directly below the house. The price would definitely be negotiable if you wanted the house only.
