The Cottage includes all normal appliances, AT&T WIFI, all utilities, a secured storage shed (great for bikes), a smart TV for streaming, 2 parking spots, and a finished upstairs attic for storage. Furnishings include a king-sized bed, couch, front-loading washer and dryer, dishwasher, stove, refrigerator, linens, towels, starting supply of toiletries, kitchen supplies, TV for streaming, central HVAC, smart locks, a deck with a pergola cover (i.e., prevents debris), etc. Due to the length of the stay exceeding 30 days, a lease is required, as is a credit and background check (please complete through Zillow). Smoking is strictly not allowed. A dog may be considered (sorry, we never allow cats).
